I had to exchange some earrings since they were a little too small for my liking. The process of changing for a different style went very smooth. I am happy with the new earrings - very nice. I also had a good experience when I called customer service who explained what to do to get the exchange done. I happened to get a manager who clearly explained the steps to take.

Angara Doesn't Disappoint

I had been eyeing this diamond bezel set pendant in the yellow gold for awhile now. So, for my birthday this year, I ordered it and it's the second piece of jewelry I've bought from Angara. The online ordering process is very easy. There was a slight glitch with my order, but customer service was on top of it before I knew there was a glitch. My pendant arrived within 4 days and beautifully packaged. I was so excited to see it that when I opened it, the little light was shining on the pendant, but it didn't look good. Then, I realized that the pendant was placed facing down. I took it off the pillow and put it on correctly, put it back in the box, closed it and reopened it. It's so beautiful. The only thing that I would change is the O ring on the clasp be bigger. I have nails and use my finger pads to put on/take off necklaces. This O ring is small and is a bit of challenge for me. The pendant is so stunning, that I have ordered another one in white gold for my Christmas present.

This was my second experience purchasing product from Angara. Both purchases were handled exceedingly well, with prompt shipment and delivery (despite an engraving process on the second order). The quality of the experience is fabulous, just like the merchandise. From the elaborate packaging to the really nice gift, to the eye-popping product itself, it's hard to imagine a more exciting experience as a customer. Thank you, Angara!

Ordered earrings for a special present - wished I hadn't!

Ordered earrings for a special present. They use UPS as a delivery service who are completely unreliable and they said four times they are 'out for delivery' and package still has not arrived. Not sure who is the blame but in the end the buyer is the loser. Don't use this company. Update: 13/12 earrings still not arrived and have been informed that I will only recieve a refund when the earrings are returned to them. What a scam, how can I return a package that has clearly been lost or stolen? Anyway if they read this - I want a refund and you are obliged to provide one under the consumer credit act (2015). Please do not buy from this company, from previous reviews this is a regular occurence

I was unsure about my ring size

I was unsure about my ring size. Gave some measurements to staff. A Size was suggested. I was also advised to go to a jewler and get sized that way. That actually gave me the confidence to purchase online. Easy transaction when I decided what I wanted. I'm sure I'll love my purchase when it arrives.
