Untrustworthy Products/description and unprofessional customer service
I had purchased a 1.2 carat weight pendant from Angara as a surprise gift to my wife, but received 0.6 carat pendant. Upon raising the issue, the customer service was happy to share the corrected certificate but failed to understand the issue of wasting customer's time and money with false product and offering a corrected certificate instead of actually solving the issue (which either be offering a 1.2 carat weight pendant in exchange or charging half for 0.6 carat weight pendant) UPDATE - Angara's customer manager has shared the corrected certificate instead of understanding the issue properly. My issue was never addressed correctly (had to return the pendant on which I've wasted my time and money). I would never recommend Angara to anyone ever again.

Absolutley superb company! Beautiful designs and I love that I can bespoke and pick the quality of the gem stones and metals. Most importantly, for me, the customer service is fantastic, my experience with Angara has been 5 stars.
Disappointed, over inflated replacement cost for earring back
My husband bought me a beautiful pair of princess cut diamond stud earrings. These earring have a screw back on them, which I thought was great, as they would not slip and I wouldn’t lose them. However, that wasn’t the case. One of the screw backs fell off and is now missing, even though I had ensured that they were on tight. Today, I contacted Angara to enquire whether it would be possible to purchase a replace screw back. I was completely flabbergasted to be told that yes, I could indeed purchased a replacement, but they only come in pairs and at the cost of £75.82 plus taxes! I fully appreciate the cost of the earrings, but to then charge clients that amount of money for a tiny back that nobody sees is ridiculous. I have looked online and have found the same carat for half the price. I am currently now unable to wear my earrings, I’m hugely disappointed that Angara are charging their clients inflated prices for items that should be easily replaced for items they sell.

I had to email customer service. Diana Cooper assisted me with my enquiry. She was absolutely fantastic. She responded to my emails promptly whatever day or time it was. She was extremely polite and supportive. I can not thank her enough.

I like that I can pick the stone, the jewelry and the metal. Certificate is right on each jewelery page. Also support is great.

The products are gorgeous
The products are gorgeous. Their website is easy to navigate, allowing you to choose the perfect piece of jewelry. The process from ordering to shipping is fast, although the actual shipping is sometimes awful (but this is due to the carrier and not Angara). What truly makes shopping at Angara fantastic is their exceptional customer service. I had an issue (shipping-related), and Trish responded to my queries. I don’t think I had ever dealt with someone in customer service who I felt genuinely cared to ensure I had the best shopping experience. I cannot thank her enough for making me feel truly valued as a customer; she followed up and kept in touch until everything was resolved. Truly spectacular - thank you, Trish and thank you Angara.
A lovely company, with great customer support
A lovely website and company, full of lovely jewellery, however the customer service is what made it so special, and the reason I'll be back. Pearl May was very helpful and went above and beyond for me. I will be back again for sure!
