Major delivery issues

Play the earrings that I bought sure sparkle when they’re in a special light but don’t Sparkle that much when they’re out of it. But that’s OK. I didn’t buy the ultra premier diamond. But what made it my purchase stressful was the date that it was promised to be delivered was the day prior to me going on a five day vacation to Northern California to visit family for the holidays. But then I got a message that it was gonna be delayed by a day. I spoke to representative and he said he would work with UPS to hold it to the following week, but it was delivered to my home while I was away. Thank goodness I had a ring doorbell. I was able to speak to the UPS driver and brought it back into the truck. Spoke to a UPS representative and they didn’t get it right either so it was a big fail all the way around. I ended up getting getting it not the day was promised the following week. I did another delay with no communication no return phone call.

Stone looks nothing like it does on website

The ring is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the stone is not even close in appearance to the one I viewed online. I ordered a London blue topaz. The stone that was placed in my ring looks more like a regular blue topaz, which I'm not a fan of. This was not a cheap ring so it's pretty upsetting. When messaging the company about my issue, I was advised to send the ring back, at my expense, and they could replace the stone. I think that I spent enough money for the ring to look as advertised, so to have to spend more money is pretty disheartening. Then of course, there is no guarantee that I'll actually get a darker stone.

The ring did not have the encryption…

The ring did not have the encryption that was requested when the order was place. The purchase was done on November 14th and the proposal on December 31st. Unfortunately the couple was not satisfied with the purchase. Return period is too tight - only 3 months. Certain proposals take longer to make.
