In all honesty, I didn't even started any legal procedures but simple mention that I am in contact with Housing Disrepair Helpline worked like magic. Since then I had few minor repairs and on those occasions I wasn't ignored and landlord contacted me and fixed the problem in the matter of days.

Wish I could give 0. The company is a ghetto company full of ghetto immature people. You call them and they act like they have somewhere better to be. They call you 10 times a day. I asked them to give me some time to get back to them and the person said that was fine. Then I get a call the next day again and I explained I asked for some time and I would call them back and the little ghetto girl on the other end was so rude. when I tried to call the company to report her another ghetto girl answered and was laughing with her friends when I tried to make a complaint.

Absolutely pleased with the solicitors I was allocated, Barnes. They were super efficient and had thing's moving immediately with the housing association repairs! Repairs completed in no time at all, whereas I'd been trying for over 2 yrs! Plus they got me compensation, I'd never thought of getting any, I just wanted leaking roof repaired so it was certainly a bonus! I'd definitely recommend this route.
