Typical Chinese company that is falsely portraying that they are in the US. Sent me a tracking number claiming that it had shipped. USPS didn't receive the item until 5 days AFTER goduckee claimed they shipped. Item shipped from NY, finally reached my state only to make an abrupt U-turn and somehow is in Florida now (according to USPS tracking.) Email to the company only resulted in a generic copy and paste reply that one should expect to come from a scam overseas company. Will be contacting my credit card company on Monday to start charge back proceedings. In regards to their response below....Chinese or Vietnamese it really doesn't matter. They can try to pin the blame on the shipper all they want but 1) they choose the shipper and 2) it doesn't negate the fact that they provided me a tracking number but didn't tender the package to USPS until 5 days AFTER they claimed it shipped. Not to mention that when I got the item it was considerably smaller than their images make it out to be. Made from cheap acrylic plastic which will probably easily be broken. The reviews on their website are misleading. How can a company have literally all positive reviews? Easily when they can manipulate them. That's why I posted here. They can not manipulate my review or any other negative reviews. Furthermore, their broken English is very telling and how can their "colleague" do anything when I didn't provide any identifying information? They can't and won't. It is basically lip service in a very weak attempt to appease.

Saw an ad online and ordered a custom ornament over a month ago. Tracking claims it was received in NYC 3+ weeks ago. I still dont have it, and I only live 90 miles from NYC. This site is either a total scam or they're lying about where these items are shipping from? China? Who knows? I would avoid at all costs.

Ordered a keychain which was a gift for someone and when they opened it it was literally in pieces shattered

I ordered a print for my son's birthday. It was absolutely perfect! I have ordered personalized items from other companies that didn't come out so good. Definitely will order from GoDuckee sgain.

I am waiting for an update to my order and have reached out to both email addresses listed on the website. I have not received any updates.

When my tumbler arrived, I was delighted with it. Every detail was perfect. Then I took a closer look and the decal on the back was not placed correctly. Overall it was still great, so I said nothing. A few days later I got an email from GoDuckee customer support. I reported the flaw and in no time I had a brand new tumbler that was perfect. Thanks GoDuckee for a great tumbler and a great experience.
