Customer service was okay. The e-mails were not clear. It was not until I actually BLEW up on them, did I fully understand that they did fix the problem. The number doesn't work. They only use e-mail.

It took a bit longer than expected to deliver; roughly a month and a half. I would be upset if it was delayed any longer. However, overall, the tumbler came out looking great and my husband loves it!

Do not buy if you don't want your things to be broken. I just got my package and I get a broken mug! And it's not even packaged properly?! The mug is just in a cardboard box, of course it's going to brake!

They are based out of China although they make you think the UK. Delivery is taking forever and a day.

If I could 0 I would. I have ordered and it says the item is STILL processing. It takes up to 3-5 business days. An agent had told me the item was shipped l. I requested a refund due to the items not getting here in time. No response after the word refund was mentioned.

Took approximately 3 weeks for shipping, which was ok because I ordered way in advance for Father's Day. Our package was marked as delivered and it was no where to be found. Checked our cameras and it was never delivered. We went around asking neighbors and finally found our package 1/2 way down the street delivered to the wrong house with our address on it. Opened the box and 1/2 our order is missing. We ordered the mugs and a shirt. The names are so small you can't see them and there is a line through the names so you can't read them. We never recieved the shirt. No response from the company but yet they kept my money.

Garbage! It’s been 3 weeks still have not received my product. Can’t get ahold of anyone for a refund complete scam

I ordered a superhero tee for my son-in-law! I realized after ordering I needed to go up a size. I emailed and received an email right away confirming they changed my order. During the process I received emails/texts updating the status of the order. The tee is amazing! I can't wait for Father's day to give it to him. Thanks so much!

Overall excellent experience. After ordering online I received numerous updates on order status and shipping progress. The item was one of the best gifts I’ve ever given.
