Disappointing service.

Alhumdulilah the material of the jilbabs is beautiful and my order arrived quickly. My only issue is the notes with the order were not taken into account and as a result the sides of the jilbab still lift up when the arms are raised.

I love AHD and I always love my Abayas. I have curvier hips so I love the umbrella abaya because it gives me plenty of coverage and modesty. AHD has made it easy for my to be a full time abaya lady.

I liked the quality of material for my garment, however, the customer service really needs to improve. There needs to be a ready line customers can expect to be served on - and if you miss their call, call back! The same can be said about emailing. Remember that goods services like this make customers choose you over other competitors. Also it would be very ideal if a sample of each colour is shown on the website. It's quite frustrating having to guess what each colour is, especially when they sound similar such as Blush, Powdery Rose, Dusty Pink etc. A good idea to increase customers is providing small discounts codes after each purchase to encourage customers to buy of you again. Products are simply over priced especially for young Muslim girls.

Simply perfect. Great delivery time even by standard uk postage, good variety of colours and designs, price isn’t so bad either considering the quality of the clothing is better than some competitors
