Such an amazing a professional company, from start to finish Andy and the team were so friendly and helpful. Whether it was answering all of our questions or offering advise, they were always there for us. If we could use use them again we would but our panels are already fitted. We will be going back to them in the future to possibly upgrade our battery storage to help through the long winter nights. Me and my partner would highly recommend using GRC Solar. We have no complaints what so ever.

We wanted Solar panels and batteries installing, we had already used the company before for a heat pump which was great. Andrew gave us the figures for how many were required to run our system and the amount of batteries. We had 18 panels and they placement was by a program which shows the best position of the sun over 3 years. We are very happy and the aftersales is very easy with any questions or queries.

We approached GRC Solar about the possibility of having solar panels installed initially by phone, and we quickly arranged an in person meeting with Andrew who was very professional and friendly and he explained everything in great detail. We arranged to have a proposal drawn up, and was very impressed once we received it, mainly because of the very useful information and detail it contained, which really put us at ease and made our decision to go ahead much more easier. We arranged installation and was given a date for installation for 2 weeks later. Our installation went very smooth, the installers were very friendly, respectful and professional and even helped us install our apps etc. I can honestly say we could not be more happier with our solar panels, and would happily recommend GRC Solar to anyone thinking of getting solar panels installed.

I would recommend this service to anyone. We had a home visit and all aspects of the installation were discussed. Install took 2 days, the guys were friendly, efficient and respectful, everything was done with care and left spotlessly clean. We got help with any issues that arose quickly and efficiently, nothing was a problem.

i received written information prior to installation of system. The installation itself was efficiently and very professionally undertaken with care and no mess whatsoever, within one day. I was fortunate to have chosen GRC above other companies I looked at to fit my air source heat pump and associated additional kit. The guidence and information about the process was exceptionally thorough, as was their surveying and planning for the fitting. Both during and afterwards they gave swift support for any questions I had and all the staff were very professional and friendly. The engineers who actually fitted the equipment were very efficient and diligent and I couldn't have asked for a better team to deliver a process I had initially been a bit nervous of undertaking. The thermostat is also a dream to use and the warmth throughout the house fabulously even and cosy. We'll done GHC and SWS!!

From the first contact I had with the company all my questions and queries were answered fully. The process from initial survey to fitting to after care calls have been outstanding. All of the team have been totally polite and professional throughout the whole process. The plumber who fitted our air source heat pump worked hard to get the job finished quickly and left our home tidy and clean. He even answered his phone on a Friday evening when I had a problem with the display panel and he explained how to sort it. A great process from start to finish.
