0 out of 5 stars!! Bought a kittie hoodie, and it arrived way longer than expected time. Then, when it arrived, the hoodie was smaller than usual. It is clearly an Asian size, and I wish they mentioned this on the website, but no, nothing. The quality is also very poor, as it's not soft, and just doesn't look like it is worth what I paid. I asked for a returned, and even after a week after returning the item I still have not received any update (e.g. acknowledgement that the refund is being processed). Very disappointed with customer service and just how the site lies to you with so many things.
