The independent retailer Potters Cookshop go above what is expected of customer service these days. I emailed them asking for the dimensions of a mini whisk and received a prompt response and the staff could not have been more helpful. My parcel arrived quickly and the product was perfect. I look forward to ordering from their website again very soon. I wish I lived closer so that I could visit their premises.
