Thought that the service from Potters Cookshop was excellent. The Price Kensington one cup teapot was well made and of good quality however it really is too small as my current teapot for one gives at least a mug and a half, when used, so disappointed at the volume capacity of the Price Kensington pot. Needs to be bigger

I ordered some glass mugs from Potters and there was a delay in opening the parcel (illness/hospital) and when I did open the parcel, one of the mugs had a flaw. I contacted Potters Cookshop, they responded promptly and despite the delay, Potters sent me a replacement mug. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.

I searched the internet for T&G Food Safe oil recommended for use on my kitchen cutting board. Found several suppliers, decided to go with Potters, an independent company advertising the oil at a fair price. Very easy to place order, confirmation email received and the oil was delivered by Royal Mail within a few days. Very well packed! Excellent service, very impressed, I will certainly return to Potters in the future.
