Misread my debit card for payment but phoned and had a very nice lady help me place the order and the goods were being sent that afternoon. Excellent service, good quality products and we're regular customers.

Excellent customer service a great product

Adaptawear give the best service of any online company I have dealt with. I needed to make an enquiry before my purchase, so I filled in the online enquiry form, expecting to get a reply in a couple of days. Instead, a very helpful lady rang me within an hour and sorted everything out for me. They post items off very quickly and always get the order correct.

Extremely prompt delivery of two bras for my elderly mother. Products themselves were ideal for her arthritis. Well made and very comfortable. Very impressed with this company.

We bgt 3 pairs I gave 3 stars cos they arrived quickly,we saw these and thought yes just what we were looking for ,the price too expensive for something that would be ideal..our complaint is that the zip should be accessible from the top ..we have to help our dad up to the toilet he lifts around 2 inches for few seconds and so enough to be able to have taken 2 zippers down before sliding him over to commode but instead with zip at the bottom this does not work so really a waste of money ..also if the person who is disabled and able to unzip themselves surely it would make sense to have made this easy to have zipper at top Instead for them reaching to the bottom to unzip!,! . So for us we are in the same situation as before .so side zips good idea but zipper should start from top . Not made it any easier at all .

Helpful quick response to enquiry re sizing. Iona Adaptive seersucker pretty cotton nighties perfect for elderly relative in a care home. Washed before sending and they came up fresh and soft. Thank you !!
