The results from my rather old and tired 16mm and 8mm were excellent. The digital enhancing of the films made such a difference. Old dull pictures became bright and clearer. The service was excellent and I would also dare to the price was good as well when compared to friends experiences who have had a similar experience elsewhere.

Pity they couldn't have removed all the blemishes on the original film. However they have done an excellent job of what they were presented with. The added music was nice, but got a little monotonous towards the end.

The initial telephone conversation with them was helpful. They performed to the program that they gave at the start. The quality was good, in fact better than viewing when using the projector on to the screen. They even managed to play "Scarborough Fair" when the cine film was at Scarborough. The other music choice was appropriate.

The service was extremely well executed. Some of these films had not seem the light of day for 50 years and the quality you managed to obtain was exceptional. We shall be reviewing them over the holiday period and will let you know if we need any amendments.

The most attractive part of dealing with this company is that they treat you like an intelligent person who just needs clear guidance. It is very easy to see what is being offered, what you need to do and how much it will cost. They even offer advice about how to pack up your old films. The quality of the DVD version of our old films is much better than I remember it from our old projector (now defunct) and the after-sale care is also excellent. This is one of the best online sales experiences I have had.

The results are amazing, and now we have our memories in digital format to ensure they are available for future generations. Colin was very helpful when we had questions and resolved an issue we had with one video very quickly. Thank you. Recommended to all.

Cannot fault the service from Cinemagic, they kept me up to date every step of the way - the most important one being they let me know immediately that my films had been received (my main fear was my precious 50 year old memories would get lost in the post). They also provided the clear postage labels to put on my parcel. A quick turnaround and any 'technical' issues i.e. poor light, were written down, so I knew exactly what to expect on some of the films. Will (and have already) highly recommend to friends and will also be using them again myself.

I use film transfer services a lot as I collect vintage films and then upload them to Youtube. The results on the piece of aged 16mm film that I sent to Cine Magic were exceptional - clear, sharp, and with smooth motion. I shall be using them again.
