The skirt and t-shirt I ordered were both very good. The skirt had a nice texture to it and the top looked a bit different with its crocheted embellishment. Poppy tops have always been good. I like Carr and Westley because they have not forgotten that old people still like to look good. The delivery was quick and the prices reasonable for the quality. (I am 88 years young)

Far from my type of clothing outlet, but my 88 year old Mother-in-law loves them, so I regularly get asked to place orders for her. There's the problem. They expect their clientele to be in that age rage. 'Vulnerable'. I found the Dressing-gown she wanted, and as clear as day it flashed up, "Free Shipping", which I'd seen regularly before. Put it in my basket and reviewed what I was buying, only to notice a £4 postage was being added. This is a product, which in their words, they describe as "Light as a feather". Now, could it be that C&W are taking advantage to their non Tech savy customers? Or at 63, and heading that way myself, am I confusing dodgy dealings with Ageism? Or are they just a bunch of crooks taking advantage of the elderly? I'm confused, but I am 63! I messaged them, only to be told that it's something they've recently brought in. BAWARE! Naughty! Update. I think that you missed my point. As I put the item into the trolley, it flashed up "Free shipping". It wasn't until I checked it (something my M-i-l wouldn't have done) that I saw the charge.

very comfortable bras would reccomend

Some nice three quarter sleeved tops but a lot of frumpy clothing. Plenty scope for clothing for us OAPs without the need to be dowdy.

My dress is quite striking and in cotton. The summer brochure I received, however, contained too many garments made using polyester as well as cotton.

The phone message when an exchange was requested and could not be accommodated was appreciated. The personal touch is nice. However, receiving two tops that should have been the same size and demonstrably weren't was disappointing.
