The bed is fine the only thing is that the beds are very low this was not explained by the sales person I think you should explain this or rectify this we have asked for you to ha come out to see about riser forthe bed but no.one came out we have had to purchase our own

Excellent service from Steve coming to talk about new mattress for my adjustmatic bed to delivery. Where I was accommodated every step of the way, as had been in hospital just prior to Steve & dates for delivery given did not suit me so was given alternative which fitted in with hospital appointments

My king size electric bed is now two years old and I don't have a problem with the bed itself - it was more expensive than others I looked at, but I was persuaded to buy it by the charming sales rep who came to my house and demonstrated it. In front of witnesses, he told me that it was completely guaranteed for 15 years, and that someone would come every year to service it. Imagine my surprise when I was contacted after two years offering me an extended warranty for quite a large monthly sum. The people I have spoken to at the company said they had "never heard of someone being promised an annual service" but they didn't sound surprised at my claim. Obviously they could not acknowledge that I had been lied to, but I think they have heard this before!

I don't think that the measuring of my leg length was quite right as the chair seems to be too short in the seat for me.

The sales person was Great, the bed came on time and was assembled quickly, the delivery men were Good and tidied up after themselves, the bed is Great got many nights of good sleep
