This young lady was of immense help and showed great patience when dealing with a complete amateur. Thank you very much. The trust used centralised estate agents, who in turn used local estate agents. the local ones charged at normal rate but the centralised charged double and each of them had very little to do as the house was sold by us anyway. There was a bond which was to be split two ways and that was all there was to it, but the process took a shade over twelve months to complete before any of the beneficiaries saw a penny. Re-iterating what was written previously the company of Jones Whyte were very good, thank you. If I had a recommendation I would suggest anyone dealing with a trust keep it local and in that way negate the use of middleman estate agents and conveyancing solicitors.
