We made the right choice
My partners brother died in Edinburgh last year and left no will, she was contacted by the N U H U and advised to seek legal advice re his estate. As we have lived in Spain for 19 years and are 75 and 80 years old popping along to a Scottish solicitor wasn't an option, the online search from 1700 miles away was a mine field, after countless e-mails and phone calls we decided to let Jones Whyte take care of everything for us, Louise McGhee in the bereavement section has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish explaining everything to us with patience and understanding and we couldn't have been in better hands. Thank You Louise

Highly recommend
This is not the first time I have used Jones Whyte Law and I certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Karyn who dealt with my case was amazing from the start and kept us up to date and communication was excellent the whole way through. Highly recommend Jones Whyte to all our friends and family.

Colin Simpson was asked to do… investigate my case for family court
Mr, C, Swas asked to do investigate my case for family court, only Mr, C. M never investigated my case at all. I TOLD MR, C. M private information, he then took that info then turned it into a serious accusation against my ex husband, what made it worse was that fact, MR, C, S, he states in the report he didn’t really understand what I was say but that’s what he made of it. Never even bothered for contact me again for clarity. I asked MR, C about the child act of 95, how it clearly states that no parent is allowed to make another person main care giver, yet there in nothing in the report about that fact my kids main care giver isn’t their mother or FATHER, did write though how it’s unfair on my kids due to logistics od travelling but missed out how there is a court order stating that my kids aren’t to leave Midlothian, yet nothing about that in the report either is there MR C. Also he glossed over the fact my son ran away from home with the help of his friends after being assaulted by his step mother over a sandwich, which his friend witnessed. Apparently it's still okay for this woman to continue being my kids main care giver as their father works away from home 2-6 weeks at a time. Mind blowing how the scottish child act does not apply to my ex husband. In fact I haven’t seen my kids in 4 years, 3 months and 29 days, Mr c told me I’ll be fine considering it’s been this long. As it stands right now I’ll never see my kids as kids again. I’ve got to wait till they are adults now. If you are unfortunate to get Mr c as a reporter for family court veto him, you have a right, especially if you haven't seen your kids in years. How can you sleep at night?????
Thanks to Christian for such kind and professional service
During a tough time when I had lost a close friend in the UK and became executor of her will whilst living in New Zealand, Christian took great care of my friend's estate and made me feel completely comfortable and supported throughout the 18 months of legal administration.
