Although I have given the company 3 stars, I would need to give Stephen Morris 5 stars. He has always kept myself and my family in the loop with all communications in regards to my mum's trust deed. He has been respectful and caring in the situation that the family found itself with the loss of our mum and helped to over come any issues that we faced. Thank you

Strongly advise to go else where, Hired this company to evict a tenant who didn’t pay rent for over 10months was told yes we can do that, advised the initial cost £1800-3000 ok agreed, On 2 occasions they applied to HPC to evict, and were told on both can’t evict as your paperwork is in correct, they wanted another £3000 for eviction that didn’t go ahead, in my opinion they failed to uphold the contract and I reported them to Scottish Legal Complaints Commission to investigate., they also took me to court because I paid £3000 which was total of original agreement, fail to give a breakdown of cost and threatening me with court fees if I don’t pay the additional £3000, I would advise to go elsewhere.

We are first time buyers and Jan was super helpful and always got back to us quickly. Great communication provided and she was always very friendly when we spoke over the phone. Would recommend Jones Whyte!

In the end my case was only a partial settlement. The law does not always serve the common man well. Nevertheless I was kept well informed and JW took care to ensure I had best advice and was well represented.

I have requested my family Trust papers etc. Inwas a client with McClure’s. I had duplicate phone calls today from different staff to tell me the self same thing. It will take them 28 days to use a letter box. Good job they were not involved in D day 80 years ago. ‘Sorry Mr Churchill, we need 28 days to load that bomb.’
