First time purchase for my daughter - first contact and offer was completed quickly and efficiently. The problems started when assigned a lawyer - total lack of communication and action which ended with the LISA application not being submitted in time for the funds to be released for the purchase date. The stress, upset and cost has been on another scale. If you decide to engage their conveyancing services be on top of them the entire time. Substantial fees for a sub prime service. Personally I’d stay well clear of them.
