I'm delighted with the new metro fitted wardrobes, the bedroom is completely transformed. Very stylish, high quality finish. This is out 3rd wardrobe from Metro wardrobes. As always, everything was very clear from Day1. Palak helped with the quote, and order. Xenia (The surveyor) was excellent as she presented us with good options based on the site visit. Jinal and team did our installation. They work respectfully and diligently to get the wardrobe installed(a week earlier than committed). Very happy with the outcome and thanks to Palak, Xenia, Jinal and the rest of the team to have delivered another stunning wardrobe exactly like how we wanted. **Update about previous wardrobe installation** Been 2 years and the 2 wardrobes are as good as new. So quality check, cost check, customer service check. Would be more than happy to recommend this company and their products/services.

We got a wardrobe with this company and it is exactly what I wanted and looks amazing. The process was straight forward, the design made by Ranto was great and respected all my requirement. The installation team was efficient, they did a great job and cleaned after themselves. I would recommend!

Not happy with the Metro Wardrobes at all. There was no good communication and explanation on the first visit. I did not get what I asked for. I had to keep calling to get the guarantee send to me. I was told I will get it in 2 days time but on the 5th day I had to call and argue with them to get it. I do not recommend this Company to any one.

We were very happy with the quality, the customer service and feeling like Metro really wanted to create the best solution for us. Jinal and her team are great at what they do. We will definitely be using Metro again.

From phone call to finish all good Great communication throughout, including regular contact from the delivery team, fitter, and central office on the day of fitting and in the run up. Our fitter was Divesh brilliant - very careful, conscientious and clean. He asked us to comment on aspects of the build throughout to make sure the final product was exactly as we wanted. Items/materials all sorted carefully at the end of the first day and the room and wardrobes was left clean at the end of the fitting. The wardrobes that were fitted were exactly what we wanted . Lots of useful storage, ideal. Metro wardrobes are easy to deal with and from sales to survey to fitting they were excellent.
