Waste of time

Waste of time - my order was cancelled without any communication from the merchant. I had to log in several days after the "next day" delivery order was submitted and check the status of my order on the site. While I understand that there can be issues with stock and mixups happen, the least that should have been done is a quick email stating that the order had been cancelled and that my payment had been refunded/cancelled before processing.

AVOID!!

Item didn't appear. I waited 6 days and informed them via their online form. No response. Emailed and told it'd be looked into. No response. Tried online chat three days after that - waited 30 minutes and got nowhere. Tried online form again - no reply. Emailed again and was told the order was problematic because a signature was required on delivery. !!!! I replied and said no card had been left by royal mail, I also know my postmen who all said they'd not seen my CBD oil delivery (they know what it is as they know it's for my ME/CFS). Three days on from that and still no delivery nor any response to my question about when I can expect it. Called them only to get a message saying their lines are very busy so I use live chat instead. Except that doesn't work either! Appalling service. I placed a large order and now cannot afford to buy more CBD oil elsewhere but have run out. This company is praying on ill people. I plan to complain to Trading Standards. *Update - strangely within 2 hours of my review being posted I received an email saying that because two lots of replacements had already been sent out (yet I had never received confirmation of this with tracking details?!?) it was time for the honesty of the postal service in my area to be called into question - !!!! I have seriously never heard the like. Perhaps CBDexperia might want to put its own house in order before questioning the honesty of other organisations. Also strange is the fact that no proof of posting or tracking numbers were ever given to me. Make your own conclusions. Apparently I am being given a refund. As soon as it arrives I will be closing my account and going elsewhere!

Excellent products and customer service

Had a problem with a vaping kit that took a while to resolve due to e-mail problems their end, but they did give me a credit against a different order in the end. Very friendly customer support and excellent products.
