Nadie recepciona el vehículo que te llevas y nadie tampoco al entregarlo. Deje mucho que desear el trato recibido y la mala gestión de la empresa por no comentar que te retienen 300€ el día que te lo llevas pero no te lo devuelve con la misma facilidad que has pagado. Aquí no alquilo ningún vehículo más.

I rented a car for two days for €70 and paid by cc. I needed to change the rental period to just for one day rental. This was no problem. When picking up the car I asked for a refund because I only wanted to rent the car for 24 hrs. Marbella rent a car deducted €25 of the price and then told us that there was no insurance booked for this car and if we wanted this we had to pay €25 for carrosserie insurance and €14 for glass insurance! So in the end we paid for a rental car for only 24 hours €84! I felt scammed!
