Broken and non existent product seals where there should be one

Bought two higher end products totalling £21.98. I knew I shouldn’t have purchased the second product as the bottle was sticky. The guy said he would clean it and he did. When I got home the seal on one item was broken, and I thought the bottle felt light. There was no seal on the second bottle, which had been sticky (all the bottles of that product were sticky) and it did not smell like it is supposed to when bought from online from a different retailer. I’m of course very disappointed, il be heading back first thing in the morning to get a refund, let’s see if they comply. I’m not confident that they will, but I will see if they do regardless. It’s not unreasonable to expect a retailer to comply with trading standards and consumer law. Supper annoyed though because I don’t expect to spend over £20 on a clearly used product and what I believe is a fake.

Contempt for customers, Do not shop here

I visited the Upton Park store yesterday and will never visit again. I went with my elderly mother, our speaking voices were mocked, the guy on the counter refused to speak when asked a question responded arrogantly that "silence is the best answer", my other said "thank you" as she handed over HER money again to silence. The worst shopping experience ever, I live locally & haven't visited this store for many years and will certainly never go back - basic human civility was missing let alone professionalism. My mother struggles with walking which is the only reason we didn't go straight to a different store but I will never frequent this store again. Shocking approach to customer service!

Never Again. Complete Contempt for paying customers

This was my worst shopping experience ever. I would encourage others to not frequent this store, I walked in with my elderly mother instead of a greeting our speaking voices were mocked, the guy at the counter did not smile or even speak when asked a question. In fact we said "thank you" as we handed over OUR money to Stone cold silence. Absolute worst shopping experience EVER, these people seem to have contempt for paying customers without the bear minimum of human civility let alone peofessionalism, I am horrified that I took my mother to this store

I visited Supergrows Leytonstone…

I visited Supergrows Leytonstone earlier today and received such a pleasant friendly experience as usual. Every time I have visited the store, the staff have always been welcoming and helpful to ensure I was able to look at the range of products on offer and never pressurised into purchasing. I did purchase today and last week when I visited.

Supergrows helped me when I was in such a tricky spot. Setting up a new business in Uganda, and I needed a few products sent here ASAP using a courier service not far from them. They dispatched the product the same day to the courier company I used, and invoiced me for the goods with quantity discount. Really pleased with how everything went, and their customer service was 10/10. I don't usually leave reviews, because...well, lets be honest, who does? But Fahim asked me kindly if I could leave one, and I couldn't say no. His customer service is literally 1 in a million and he has saved me from a lot of disgruntled customers. Phew. Thanks Supergrows for saving the day.
