Excellent service!

First off, treated very well, I ordered two matresses and a new bed frame got a call the next day to make sure I hadn't made a mistake ordering the two matresses. I did want the two but I'm impressed that they took the time to check, aside from that the new bed was easy to put together / the mattresses are great.

Dont know myself since i got the new mattress, best decision in a while. Have just returned from holiday and was daydreaming on the plane of moment when I would sleep in my own bed...best feeling ever...

great service online. exactly as we ordered....

i looked at website there was a great selection to choose from. i rang the number all my questions were answered. delivery was arranged i got a phone call to say time slot it would arrive, then got call to say they were ahead of time it would be delivered early. i have recommended mattresses.ie to 2 friends who were talking about buying new mattresses. well done.. regina

3 weeks for delivery

I initially requested a Saturday delivery. The coming saturday was a bank holiday weekend and was advised there was a chance it would be the following weekend. This was reasonable. I then got a call the following week asking if I was free to accept the delivery that afternoon, I said no as I was in work. I said I requested a Saturday delivery. I then recieved no call or update and the bed was not delivered. It wasn't until the following week the delivery slot was booked, with you company not having any record of the previous weeks call. The bed was delivered as promised, but your process isn't great. The delivery company only called me on the day of delivery at 8am. Surely you could arrange a delivery time during the week instead of waking someone up at 8am to advise them their bed will be delivered later on.

Good service

Had a problem to perform the payment, which was promptly solved by the store. Also they were very responsive through to my requests, both phone and email. Only minor drawback if the delivery date from the warehouse that took a little longer than informed.
