Mattress.ie were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Have bought matresses with them on three separate occasions. The first two occasions left me very satisfied with the product and the service. However, on the third occasion there was an issue with the mattress. This was dealt with very swiftly and a very generous gesture was made by way of compensation the inconvenience. I feel they went above and beyond in this respect and would love if more companies took note! Their delivery person is also a huge asset to the company. He was most pleasant and accommodating.

I first contacted you on a Sunday evening, and was amazed to get a spoken answer rather than a voice message and was very impressed with your level of service. I bought a mattress and two pillows, few days ago, first of all they don't ship the whole order at the same time, so I had to go back home twice and leave my work, the guy that delivered the pillows was very nice, the problem started with the mattress. I should have received an email with the delivery date/time and I didn't, the guy just called me and asked me if I was home, when I said no, obviously, he become very rude and aggressive, I had to ask him to calm down! At the and we agreed the delivery the next day, I came downstairs to help him to find the apartment, and he left me in the the street with the mattress! Didn't even bother to bring it to the door of the building! Nice products and prices but I'll NEVER buy there again!

I received both bed and mattress today, so I am super happy with everything being so quick - 2 days from payment only! Very happy with both product and service, slept like a queen! Would definitely recommend to family and friends! Anna K, Dublin

I ordered 3 mattresses from this site and couldn't be happier with the service provided. Michaela was friendly and efficient and always replied promptly to my many questions. Delivery was quick and the delivery men were helpful and friendly. Now I am sleeping comfortably I will definitely be recommending mattress.ie!

Ordered on Friday and delivered within a week as promised! Very reasonably priced and delivered when they said they would. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The delivery man was so kind and helped me set up the beds. Couldn't be happier.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Mattress.ie. From the start there were problems, after order was placed and paid for and we were arranging a day that suited for delivery it came to light that the bed I ordered was not in stock. When it finally came in I was told that delivery would take place between 4-5pm. I was home from 3.30 and delivery took place at 9pm. I tried several times to contact Mattress.ie and nobody was answering the phone, even though it stated the phone line is open till 10pm. From 3.30pm I was not able to leave the house in case the delivery arrived. I couldn't even pop to the shops to pick up the makings of a dinner. I was very annoyed. It was around 8pm when the phonecall came to say he was on his way and got delayed. A 5 hour delay! Not sure why the delivery man didn't ring me and inform me that there would be a 5 hour delay. I have posted a comment on your facebook page on 26th March and nobody bothered to even respond to that.

Good: bought at discount price, saved lots to compare other retailers. Bad: 1. customer service is kind but seem lack of experience (they always checked the info in the stock and got me the wrong dimension). 2. the incorrect information on website and need to update, such as the info on dimension, pictures and description etc, this definitely has confused people when they are buying through the website.
