Don't send our items and make u wait for refund
Do an offer via Amazon but don't actually dispatch the item. I report not arrived they say wait 7 days to investigate what we already know. Royal mail say item didn't actually enter their network, they just printed the label and didn't dispatch it. (Full tracking visible) 1 week later no sweets, and £8 out if pocket. I'm not happy with the response. There's nothing to investigate, IT DIDNT ENTER THE ROYAL MAIL NETWORK ! Which means you never actually sent it!
