Ordered two plants as a gift. Both were opened on delivery but not taken out of plastic wrapping. When they were removed from plastic wrapping three days later one plant was perfect but the other was stripped of its leaves. When brought to the attention of the CEO of Cassandra’s we were sent their terms and conditions where it states you have 12 hours to report any issues. The offer of 20% store credit was quite inadequate in my opinion. I would not in any circumstance recommend dealing with this company.

All good, plants arrived 3 days after ordering, very well packaged but the 'tail' on one of the alocasia stingray leaves was broken off .. otherwise all great and wouldn't mind ordering from you again 🙂

The plant arrived securely packaged and in good condition, I received a strong healthy plant exactly as pictured and describe, it has settled in nicely after its journey. Love the plant and service will look at future purchases from this seller.

Very happy. individually boxed and carefully packaged, my plants arrived by courier at around 5.30pm. With the weather being very hot and the afternoon delivery, i was worried the plants would be spoiled. Of the four plants. three traveled well and after half an hour in an airy well lit spot they settled quickly and look great. The Mican, however did not fare so well. Will take some time to recover. I am very happy with Cassandra's plants and will not hesitate to purchase further plants in the future. Many thanks Jacki P

The plants came beautifully packaged and were all healthy and just what I expected. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because the philo mican had been recently cut down and that was a shame. Overall amazing service and will order again.
