Rubbish service, they take ages to pick up the phone and then never turn up, wasted 6hrs and ended up taking to court for a refund.

Well that was the most disappointing experience . Car had numerous warning lights and totally unsafe to drive . In answer to QDOS question ‘can the car move forwards and backwards’ I said yes but not really because it’s not safe to do so . 4 hours later after receiving a confirmation that someone would come out a customer service person telephoned to say my claim was invalid because the car can move ! Ridiculous ? Definitely . Stupid ? Most certainly unless this company don’t mind your car losing power and causing an accident . Annoyed at wasting 4 hours ? You better believe it . What an absolute waste of money and time .

Honestly a BIG joke! I pay for fleet insurance with national recovery. which with any other company means if you break down they will take you where ever you need them to within the UK... Not with Q dos though, you'll pay the extra but depending on what time you break down they will only take you 7.5 miles away. There has also been times we have called the breakdown number provided and give our vehicle reg, then we are told that they cannot find that vehicle on the system, and we have to call the qdos office to get them to confirm the vehicle has active cover.... but if the office is closed you will be left broken down until the office opens at 9AM. Honestly not worth the hassle. RAC have decent deals at the moment

We have renewed our policy with 'QDOS' Insurance and have been very impressed with all aspects of the service - Sam responded promptly to our request with an agreeable price, and was very professional and promp. 'Cudos' to 'QDOS'.

Just wanted to change Reg. details but same car. Wanted £7.50. Not happy with the attitude of the sales person so I cancelled the policy. Do not use this company

I can honestly say that the service from QDOS Breakdown is probably the best from any company I have dealt with in any sector for many years. Experience with the sales people on the phone through to the actual breakdown call handlers and recovery people (have used a few times over the years including once in Europe) - all have been fantastic.
