I’ve been shopping here for 3 years. The customer service is great anytime I’ve needed something specific done to the fit they’ve always been super helpful. The photos and finished product are legit- what you see is what you get and if they add extra fabric cause you’re a bigger gal it’s not frumpy looking at all. Their prices are super reasonable especially given that all my outfits/ kurtas/ cholis etc have been made to measure from SCRATCH. Where I live it’s A) hard to find an Indian tailor that knows what to do with curvy women’s clothes and B) hard to find reasonably priced Indian clothes ranging from bahu to full Bollywood glamor. I’m a DDD and I’ve been anywhere between 130-170 pounds and they’ve always produced flattering outfits for my body shape. I can’t even find western clothes that fit my boobs let alone have something made a trillion miles away that fits. Again the customer service is so kind and patient they’ve always been quick to answer my questions. Word to the wise: keep an eye on their sales and don’t let them convince you that the sales are here today gone the next, they might try it to get you to buy pricier items on the spot but keep an eye on the sale DATES. Like all businesses some of the associates are a little slimy. But overall 9/10 wouldn’t change a thing, people compliment my outfits wherever I go!
