Everything is as advertised

Being "inseam challenged" yet having a love for adventure motorcycle riding, I sent my Kawasaki Versys-X 300 seat to Buff Buffer in Ephrata, PA. My goals were to get better comfort and a lower seat height. I've had Butt Buffer seats in the past which proved to proved to provide more comfort with less depth. This makes the seat height on my bikes lower without comprising comfort. I contacted Peter at Butt Buffer in Elphrata, PA. He totally understood by goals. My new seat is over an inch lower plus by rounding the corners, it's narrower too. Again, the other plus is the seat is far more comfortable stock. Mission accomplished!

The butt buffer came quickly, and it performed as expected, but I'm not riding outside yet. the initial issue was the smell that it had coming out of the packaging and I had to let it set for a few days before the smell was tolerable.

The US Air Force logo was big and bright colored. We love it so much. I'm getting another one for my wife for her bike with the Marine logo on it.

Excellent customer service. I ordered mine to the incorrect address. A simple email sent and I was in touch with a human and my issue was solved. I have yet to receive my Buttbuffer in the mail. But if the product is as great as the customer service, I’m sure I’ll be more than happy.

Asked if they can customize one of their seat pads to accommodate a bicycle seat and they are doing just that for me. Can’t ask for more than that!!

Tried several options before this, and after just a short ride, I can confidently say that I finally found the product I was looking for all these years! I purchased the Pebble Butt Buffer in large size for my 2023 Harley Road Glide Limited. I’m using a Saddlemen Road Sofa extended reach seat, which hasn’t completely broken in and feels hard to me. Adding this pad on top of my seat is a game changer that has allowed me to ride around 200 miles in a day in great comfort. I highly recommend Butt Buffer products to anyone looking to enhance their comfort while riding. In addition, the quality and workmanship of the products seem to be very high and customer service that Pete and his team extend are beyond excellent.
