Liliana has made learning to drive such an excellent experience, as she is very patient and makes you feel comfortable, but is always giving detailed feedback and advice - there's genuinely no wrong question and she'll happily get out her notepad to discuss any situation that has happened or a hypothetical with you! I would say that this made my lessons quite dynamic and we always worked on parts of driving that I was less comfortable with in a very positive way. I eventually passed my test with no faults, very glad to have found Jarretts and Liliana.

Asdren is a great instructor. He is very meticulous in observing my driving skills, gives helpful feedback and also always reminds me to drive safely, not only to pass the test but also for real-life driving. He is patient and makes sure I was capable of all aspects of the driving test (manoeuvres, parallel parking, show me tell me questions, etc). Overall, he helped me pass my manual driving test on the first try, which I'm very grateful for :)

Liliana has proven herself as the best driving instructor i could have ever wished for. I must say that I came on this path of driving terrified and uncertain that driving will be one of my ‘natural’ skills but Liliana helped me understand that everything can be learnt with sufficient practice. She knew exactly when to be patient with me but also harsh in the moments of need. She allowed me to make little mistakes from which i learnt, which was eye opening. Every lesson i learnt something new, progressing my ability to drive. This ensured that lessons were never boring. Before starting my driving lessons i was scared that my instructor would be scary and unapproachable but Liliana is lovely… she’s friendly and understanding. I must say that the amount of patience she had amazed me. I often was more angry at myself for getting things wrong than she was, which helped keep me calm and continue on this journey. The way she took time to explain things to me was also very helpful… this meant that i didn’t start driving clueless. With Liliana’s help I became the safe driver that should be on the road. I can now say that Jarretts has brought another safer driver to the roads from first attempt. A real success which I wouldn’t have accomplished without the support of Jarrets and Liliana. I would 100% recommend Jarretts driving school, particularly Liliana, and have already done so!

My instructor(Kam) is friendly an always encouraging and firm. I really like his style of teaching. We always had a recap of our previous lesson before we start a new lesson. I passed my test today and I recommend him to new learners.

Andy was very good with my daughter, flexible, patient and understood she was dyslexic and therefore found learning the fundamentals differently to others. Pricing was very reasonable also. Would recommend Andy to anyone learning to drive.
