We bought two mattresses from Barker and stonehouse and took delivery of these items today. Matthew and Colin did an excellent job, especially as the items were very very heavy, they were polite, courteous and gave us helpful advice on the discarding of our old mattress.

Delivery of our study furniture today by Jake and Paul, rang to let us know they were close to arrival, quickly assembled the desk and placed all the items in positions we requested. Great service and we're really pleased with the Verberie furniture.

A massive thank you to Tracey Rowley Nottingham branch for excellent customer service who took the time to reply to an email sent in regard to an ex-display Vega sideboard followed by a phone call to ourselves about whether or not we wished to purchase, her professionalism & friendly approach resulted in a sale. The sideboard was delivered today by Thomas & Kevin who took great care in placing it where requested & were respectful & polite, phoning beforehand to let me know they were on their way. High five to the Barker & Stonehouse team for a positive, excellent service.

Our new sofa was delivered on the expected day and within the time-window that we had been told. Zak and Stu expertly got the furniture into the house and round a few bends, to place it where requested. Very fine service.
