Fast turnaround,: came to visit on Sunday, identified type of door and received the parts on Thursday to repair. Good effort to fix it with success on an old door. Nice updates: their system sent text with arrival time "on the way". Completed invoice sent immediately after payment. All nice and neat.

We were quoted and accepted for supply and fit of new roller shutter garage door. We were advised that we would need to pay half up front before installation. The pro forma was received on 20th February advising they were expecting the door in a weeks time. We paid £800 deposit same day. Since then we've had no correspondence and we've been uanble to make contact with anyone despite leaving numerous voicemails and sending a recorded delivery letter. So please do not pay any money or deposits to this company.
