This is a scam. I’ve ordered the shoes I wanted and they never came, even till this day!!! contacted them and no response since then.

Jordan fanatics is a complete joke. Do not order from this website I'm telling you and warning you first hand. There's a scheme or something going on that's skeptical behind the scenes and I'm getting to the bottom of it. When you email them they don't respond with the question you asked them I had a pair of shoes that look like a mouse had bit in the back of the heel. One employee who I don't even know exists they go by Alice and Melody. Who don't even look like real people. I have not received almost $588.40 worth of shoes. One employee told me to pick any pair of shoes for the inconvenience of my order and to make up for their mess up. Well another employee picked the shoe that they wanted me to have that's fake. If you look at the tracking. The pair of shoes goes from New Jersey six times, out to Canada and it's the skechiest operation online business I've ever witnessed in my entire life at 36 years old. Please do not order from this company!! I'm warning you! And I'm going to get to the bottom of it. They won't even tell me what bank or my last four digits of the bank that I used. I'm completely baffled. They dodged all the questions I asked spending numerous hours trying to get to the bottom of everything. Don't waste your time. They also decided to use Stock X's advertisement and texted me. They only go by email because none of them probably speak English and they have no idea what's going on but it's a cover-up for some type of operation that's probably illegal. Be careful and they're messing with the wrong dude

People get a hold of NIKE they will tell you they are not affiliated with Jordan fanatic....and this excuse based off a Nike in Canada can stop do your research on them ....FAKE

Update: I’m Verified and I have screenshots of everything. Do you want me to upload them and show everybody you guys are scams? I finally got my shoes. This has been a hassle from the get go. I will never order from there again. I paid them $200 and also paid for fast shipping and it’s five days now, and my shoes have not shipped. someone got ahold of me and I received my other $200 back. Now I’m just waiting to see if my shoes are going to be shipped. I have a tracking number but all it says is label created. I paid extra for them to be delivered early and they haven’t even been shipped yet and it’s been 4 days I was charged twice for the same pair of shoes. I tried to purchase through PayPal and PayPal said denied and then I used my debit card and that went through. I checked my bank statement online and was charged through PayPal and my bank both.My bank and PayPal said that I need to get a hold of the merchant to get a refund, I have been calling and emailing Jordan fanatics and they will not get in touch with me to give me a refund, this is insane that I’ve been trying for two days to get a hold of somebody and can’t nobody answer the phone or email me back. All I want is a refund I was charged $400 for one pair of shoes. I just want my $200 back because the shoes are only listed for 198.53 and I was charged that twice please someone get ahold of me

Had a little problem with the express shipping. But the shoes came and they were great quality and look great. They also were very helpful when I had questions or concerns. I'm very impressed and will be ordering again.

Bought a pair of Cap and Gown 11s from this site because it claims that the shoes are 100% authentic. I received the shoes and from the box to the shoes they are super fake and none authentic. This company is false advertising and claim to be selling authentic shoes and they don’t. The box insert cover was the wrong color and wasn’t even in proper it was folded and just placed inside. The paper to cover the shoes wasn’t correct it should’ve been two a white and design paper it wasn’t. There wasn’t no shoe ankle inserts and the trees are just plain black which cap and gowns come with trees that have glitter in them. This wasn’t a good experience and a waste of money they are charging over retail for straight up fake shoes but claim to be authentic on their website this is false advertisement and bad for business. Won’t shop here anymore and don’t recommend anyone to.

Just have a question. I’m not saying your products not built with quality materials but I am saying they are not real shoes made by Nike. The Nike dunk low sb Freddy Kruger were never released but you guys have every size in stock. Seems a bit odd is all.
