I was given a gift certificate for munchery. After trying three different items, I was surprised how good and fresh each item was and signed up for a membership.

Excellent quality food, great service, and very fair price. This is the first meal service I haven’t become tired of!

On my first order, I ordered 3 entrees. The portions were perfect for my wife and I. They were all delicious and the heating instructions were clear and simple. We compared the cost to ordering fast food. The cost was comparable but of course the quality from Munchery was so much better and it is a much healthier option. We will make this a regular meal option during the week.

The quality of both of my orders, the first intentional and the second unintentional, were awful. I'm ordering from Orange County, CA (in case regionally this service is different in quality or something). The first one came with incredibly small portions - it was supposedly meals for two, but was not enough for two people with small appetites. I'd say each meal was enough for one person with a light appetite. Unsatisfied with what they have to offer after having tried other subscription services, I cancelled - or so I thought I did. As it turns out, there are two subscription types to cancel and the weekly one (which I was subscribed to) is incredibly hidden. It seems intentional, even. The second box arrived crushed and with open ingredients. Either something was dropped on it or someone decided to go through and look at all my ingredients - I've deemed them unusable because several of them were warm (it was delivered on a day with 104 degree weather). Because of the condition of the box - open and torn apart, I had ingredients sitting in that weather without being properly cooled. I emailed their customer service and they had me take pictures and everything and then decided the resolution was a $20 credit when I made it exceedingly clear I had no interest of returning. (That covers about 2/7 of the cost of one shipment - what that is supposedly making up for is a $70 order which I've deemed unusable). You may enjoy this service if you haven't tried other ones or aren't really a foodie who considers the quality of ingredients. I can name about 4 other services off the top of my head with lower prices, better ingredients and undeniably better customer service. Skip this and look into other options. This is easily one of the bottom 3 I've used.

Really good delivery options, everyone can pick something they like!

The food was carefully packaged and beautifully presented. Most importantly both dishes we ordered were delicious. The stake taco was a bit too salty, otherwise everything was great. The driver was right on time. Sent text message to let us know he was on his way and when the food was dropped off. Overall a very satisfying experience.

What a convenient and yummy service this is! The meal preparations are delicious and varied enough to suit any craving or taste. This program of meal availability is what I've been looking for for some time, I'm so happy to have found Munchery!

Munchery meals are delicious and filling. I have my favorites which I always order when they come up on the menu. Delivery is usually timely except when there are traffic issues in the area. If you want a fresh ,healthy and tasty dinner without having to stand over a hot stove, I would highly recommend Munchery.

I love Munchery! They have a wonderful selection of meals that taste great. They communicate well so you know exactly when your food arrives. Odering on line is easy and so convenient. It is a perfect option when you are short on time or don't feel like cooking.
