I've been a Munchery customer for more than a year and I order from them several times a week, some days both lunch and dinner. Their service is outstanding. Only once did they fail to deliver exactly on time and that failure was only about 15 minutes off during a massive snow storm. The food is always fresh and usually very good. Even when I haven't loved my choice it's been a matter of personal taste and not quality. I've been trying to lose weight and Munchery has helped me to take off more than 50 lbs. almost effortlessly because every iten has complete calorie and nutrition information. Plus knowing my dinner will be ready ( except for about 3 minutes in the microwave) and waiting at my doorstep helps me avoid last minute binge food shopping. In case you couldn't guess, I love Munchery.

Great for when I will be gone all day and have no time to shop and cook. Not enough choice changes, and salt content is very high. Some of the promotional thresh holds are hard to achieve at $25 with only 2 people. Should have a lot more promotions for the number of orders I do...maybe a certain number a month and/or a dollar thresh hold / month? Also the membership fee is one that no other companies charge. I think you are limiting your potential with your competition.

The food is great. Only reason for only 4 stars is I'm a vegetarian. Sometimes have to get 2 meals of the same kind.

Quality food delivered right to your door. I love it! Munchery has made my weeknights so much easier. Rather than fussing to cook a healthy fresh meal, Munchery does that for me! I don't feel guilty the food because it's made from quality fresh ingredients!

Food is great, and it is always delivered at the time requested. You can order up to a week in advance, or just today for dinner. I love the flexibility.
