Food was delivered by 7:30pm and all meals were individually packaged so you don't have to sort them out like Blue Apron. Quality ingredients and great recipes. Food tasted great and portion sizes are generous.

Our family has used Munchery now for over 4 years. We have used them both in SF and then in the Bay area. The food is really delicious and the portion are substantial. One of the most important things is that the food is delivered on time, fresh and tasty. There is great care to ensure that the customer is satisfied. I use munchery when I am working late, busy or unable to cook. The variety of food is also wonderful. There are many options and the menu rotates so you can try out new options. Restaurant quality food yet affordable prices! Try this service you too will be a repeat customer.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality ingredients and flavorful food. Very easy to order. I like that you can also see nutrition facts as well as ingredients list to make better decisions regarding a diet that is right for you.

My first Munchery order was decent. The flavors of the foods were great. The prices seemed to be alright - however, I had a promotional incentive that reduced the cost of two meals down to just the price of shipping. It definitely got me to try the service, and I am glad, because I will probably, at some point, order again. Delivery was fast and on-time. Was given a 3pm-5pm window and it was on my porch at 3pm. Was surprised it wasn't packed with any sort of cold-packs, but then again, I think this is intended for arriving when AT home or being home SOON. One tiny issue with the cooking time listed for the grown up mac & cheese -- it said 5-7 minutes on 375 in oven, and I thought it seemed low, and sure enough if came out cold in parts. Popped in in microwave for 2 minutes and it came out hot & delicious as expected. Not a big enough issue to reduce stars by any means.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift and tried their complimentary meal. It was better than I expected,the portions & easy doorstep service are superb. This is great for busy families and elderly who find it hard to grocery shop & cook. I appreciate the reasonable price , this service is truly a dream.

I was ready to be dismayed; but was pleasantly not just surprised , but BLOWN AWAY! I rarely write reviews, but after indulging myself with this meal, I actually started looking for places to review this company. From the first I felt a little nervous that the Munchery might be biting off more than they could chew, as the selection of entrees were varied and appeared to be of gourmet fare. Could they pull it off? Well, I ordered late in the day, so several options were sold out. But I did have a number of inviting dishes left to choose from. Since I am a huge fan of shrimp, I chose an Alfredo dish with shrimp and andouille sausage over pene. When it arrived, not only was the meal pleasing to the eye and the portion quite substantial, but also Included was an unsuspecting treat - something of a lemon-cream cheese-poppyseed sort of muffin (- to die for!! btw). i had planned to save some of everything to share with another but it just didn't make it! Everything was so flavorful and superbly seasoned. The pasta was al dente and stood on its own in tastiness. The shrimp was excellent; plump and flavorful. The sausage also lived up to its savory goodness. After having said all that, this company is very community conscious; donating a meal with every meal purchased. Packaging is also environmentally friendly;- no styrofoam here. I could go on and on (as you can see) about my first Munchery experience. Suffice to say it will not be my last! At the very least check out their site and see what they are all about. You wont be disappointed.

We were looking for a gift for my brothers Bday in Seattle. Thought a gift certificate to the restaurant that Caprial Pence was running would be nice ( Pence fans from Portland). Found out she was running the Munchery kitchen in Seattle so we called an audible and tried Munchery out. We loved it and it's awesome that they serve Portland. Decided to give a Munchery gift to my brother and also to ourselves. Meals taste great, easy to prepare and our delivery person Jessica is super!

Very convenient for the busy healthy lifestyle. After a long day of work I get home and it's waiting in my cooler at my door. All I do is heat it up and that's it. Food taste great. Being able to schedule each day of the week when I know we don't have time to cook when we get home from work couldn't be any more convenient.

The food was good and arrives on time. Definitely a good alternative to seamless. Restaurant quality at reasonable prices
