I can't remember any of the Munchery meals not tasting good. They are easy meals to prepare, typically just a little microwave time. And they are generally always on time for delivery. If they happen to ever be late they contact you and give you a credit for your next order. I love being able to use Munchery and highly recommend them. Update 12/20/2016 I recently changed my opinion of Munchery's service. Of the last three times I have ordered from them they have been late. They did not issue any credit due to that. The last time I left a comment on their site for my order expressing my displeasure to this effect. After that they did refund me the entire order. But since it seemed like I was having nothing but trouble on a consistent basis I have not been ordering from them since. I also do not like how they have the membership and charge higher prices if you don't buy into it. This was, in my opinion, a bad move on their part.

I am blown away at how wonderful Munchery is. The menu has a great selection of items, the prices are more than fair, the delivery person was friendly and professional, and the food was fantastic - fresh, high quality, tasty. There was even a hand-written thank you note and treat included with my meal. Such a fantastic surprise and proof of Munchery's commitment to its customers and customer service. Munchery is as close to perfect as a meal service is going to get. The food is of consistently high quality. It is nicely presented, cleverly packaged, and ready to eat with no more prep than heating it in the microwave. The ingredients are fresh, the portion sizes are correct, and the Munchery chefs do an exceptional job of presenting constantly-changing options that are creative and innovative. It's real food, prepared very nicely, and my wife and I find we spend less on a Munchery dinner than we would spend if we went to a coffee shop and got much lesser quality food.

Yes I have 5 kids! It's my career to be a stay at home mom and I do homeschool my kids. I do a lot and I love to treat myself and order out once a week. The food is healthy, well cooked, portions are average and it always tastes very well seasoned and delicious! I would recommend for anyone really!

I've tried other home delivery services and they fell short. Munchery delivers consistent quality, variety, and chef level food to dine on (a big palate pleaser) at a pretty darn reasonable price. So much better than ordering home delivery from a restaurant that may require a hefty minimum order. It makes me feel good to see the Munchery bag on my porch, because no matter what I order, I know it's going to taste great. Web ordering is well organized and easy, and delivery service is excellent. And I love the little touches, like the frozen water bottles that keep the food cooled, then turn into a bottle of water to drink. I really don't know what I'd do without Munchery. No fuss, no muss, all bliss!

From ordering to delivery, everything was perfect.Taste of shrimp fra diavlo was terrific. I'll definitely be ordering again. Thanks for the chocolate chip gift. Just one question, does the delivery charge go to the driver or the company? If it goes to the driver he made out like a bandit!

But I just received my first meal. I mean, if I go to a local fast food place I will spend about the same amount. I will be ordering up to 3 days at a time for delivery to my work. They taste excellent, and are organic and local whenever possible wherever possible. Love the cookie and toothpicks for the spinach in my teeth! It brightened my day with a bit of a chuckle.

There are a few things that really stand out about Munchery. Customer service is responsiveness, the delivery folks are super nice, the prices are cheap, the portions help me to not overeat, and the meals are delicious. However, the most important is convenience. As someone with a chronic illness where energy conservation is paramount, I don't always have the ability to cook nutritious meals. Eating out is expensive and not always healthy. Munchery is the only solution I've found that works with my time, budget, and health.
