I had a problem with the fact that one of our staff was unable to attend the course, and was told we do not refund the course money rather you would have to re book, or you would keep us in credit if we needed to purchase anything. I thought that was a bit strange, we had never dealt with your company before so wasn't sure what trade we might do in the future... Our staff did attend fortunately. He thought it was more advanced, and any normal person would struggle a little if they had no known background knowledge on electrics. Other than that he found it informative, as he is a experienced fleet and equipment manager. Replying to your answers: I have to say your reply was fair in comments, but you are wrong saying that we tried to cancel a day before, I did ring up way before the course was due I have an e-mail I sent to my director on the 22/8/2023 Explaining about no refund. One more thing, Our staff member said the lady taking the training was excellent and explained things very well.

Excellent product, took awhile to get here though

Simple website that was easy to navigate and order what was needed. Also the packs each came with a marker pen which is really helpful.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff both at reception and on the phone when ordering. The delivery of the Testing Tags took over a week though.
