LB were really helpful with estimating quantities for our decking, which is a complicated shape. They then drafted an order, which I could amend as required ( to allow for wastage etc). They phoned a couple of days later, to say delivery would be the following day. The driver phoned when he was an hour away, and was really polite and friendly when he unloaded the van. We needed large quantities of decking boards, and had been wary of companies that wanted to deliver on pallets, as that would have been harder for us, as we would then have had to move the boards ourselves into the back garden, so we had chosen LB because of the van delivery, (driver carried boards into the back garden) and because of the different edging profile boards, as we did not want a raised edging strip around the decking. We are really delighted with the product, and with the excellent service we received from LB.
