Very good trainers that had very good knowledge. They managed our expectations from the first day and helped us to understand the law and regulations before getting to fly the drones.

Really easy and engaging tutorial. Everything that was taught featured in the on-line exam. Documentation provided was really good and relevant. The exam process was quite complex, but that may be because I'm not as tech savvy as some, but I did struggle.

Original comment is below, the hidden cost was a miss communication and after talking to Tim from UAVHub it was explained that they take this cost, which is a great point. As some times you just get the feeling your resdy and want to do it there and then. So read the rely and book your test when You are ready do not worry about extra changes. Overall the experience was nice and easy, sort easy to digest videos, with the odd knowledge check. I would recommend but there is a downside, it's advertised as being able to take your test 24/7 although true what they don't tell you is if you want to do your test outside of 9-5 Monday to Friday you have to pay an additional fee. This was a big let down for me.
