Thank you for my new masks. They were delivered swiftly, well packed and are good quality ones.

I am very disappointed as the wire has came out every single mask my daughter has been using for school. I feel like the quality is very poor based on the price of this product.

Excellent service , next day delivery

Super fast delivery, ordered in the afternoon and arrived next day. Great service in that department. Ordered 2 boxes of 40. Each box of masks is not wrapped or sealed and it is a tuck box. Masks inside are not sealed either. So I have concerns about how sterile they are and hygiene of the contents. The masks are generally good quality but they do need to up their quality control. I have had several masks in the box with no elastic loops attached (loops not even lying in the box separate) and also had several masks with no plastic nose wire. Had 2 masks where one end of plastic had burst the material so was sticking out. The elastic loops are round so actually fit better and are comfortable than most masks. It’s a shame, potentially a brilliant product but quality control poor. Was looking forward to supporting local business but don’t think I will reorder due to quality control
