Using the website was very easy. They clearly state the ratings of the battery, mah, voltage, amps, size and price per piece. Paying was also very quick and easy. Delivery was quick by dpd and come very well packaged. It had boxes in boxes protected by nuggets. Thankfully nuggets can be easily dissolved with nail varnish removal so it doesn't take up space in my bin either. I've bought a couple hundred batteries from them and I'm sure I'll buy more.

Had about 850 batteries from cell supply. Can't fault them Perfect customer service, fastp shipping, excellent batteries - would highly recommend (Had a mix of LG and Samsung 3200mah 18650s and both brands are excellent)

They always have what I want. Good communication levels. Friendly. One niggle though DPD, the shipping company used this time were pretty useless. I had to chase a non delivery to a random post office. I can’t blame cell supply for that though.

Super speedy postage, genuine cells at a real bargain price, the minimum order going up by 20 pounds was a bit of a kicker but other than that, I can't fault the company or the service provided.

Never ordered from here before but proceeded to order some 18650 Batteries and a charger. Excellent service and delivery times. Well informed throughout the order process. Experienced some issues with the charger but it was quickly resolved and a new charger sent out. Fantastic service and will be my go to place for batteries and chargers.

You can always get a measure of a company when something goes wrong. Received the wrong cells, was a simple mix up. They immediately sent out the correct cells for the next day without requiring to receive the wrong ones back first. They sent a postage label for me to return the wrong ones. Very good price, service and my preferred company for li-ion cells.
