Even after paying for express shipping, the package still didn’t arrive on Valentine's Day. The policy is awful—there’s basically no way to get any resolution for a failed delivery. Think twice

I ordered two ,one for my wife and one for my daughter. They both received them on the same day,my wife's had a malfunction. I contacted customer service and they replaced it quickly. Great customer service.
