I ordered (and paid for) this product 5 weeks ago and have still not received it. I have no idea what is taking this order so long. Not impressed.

The product itself is amazing. I could see the Changes from the first application. I think it would be good if there were some more instructions in the box, EG: How many times are we supposed to use it, once a month or ..? Other than that, It is REALLY good.

Customer service is nonexistent! They do not reply in emails or any kind of messages related to undelivered orders.

Depending on how stained / yellow your teeth are it may take a while for major results but daily use over months it does work. Just be patient!
