3rd order with Mr Blanc. I used to order the whitening strips (working quite well) but I decided to change and I chose the Professional whitening kit this time : - shipment is fast - everything arrived in perfection condition I was wondering what would happen when I'll be running out of whitening gel, I wrote to the customer service, asking if they sell it without the whole package, the only i got as an answer was "sorry it's not possible" Well, that's too bad I won't be ordering again, what's the point of using all the gel, but being forced to buy the whole equipment again?? like every month?? 50 € x 12 months, well everyone, you better go to your dentist. Plus, after almost 12 days of use, the product doesn't work at all... Better buy small things at a small prices.

I am so disappointed with my purchase. I received it in the mail with the seal of the envelope completely broken and the product was missing or stolen, and I tried contacting MrBlancTeeth about this issue and never received an email back! I NEED A REFUND!!! I will not order from this place again!
