I ordered a product 2 weeks before an event I wanted to use the product for, the delivery took nearly 2 and a half weeks. I messaged the Facebook chat I'd get replies every 2 days which weren't helpful until I got aggravated and nagged about my order which then got sent and I received it after 3 days. Was really excited about the product the bad service has really put me off if I'm honest
