I didn't feel any friction, but felt that the results of brushing 3 times a day did not meet my expectations of very white teeth. I probably wouldn't purchase another tube, but stick with an alternative brand that has given better results at a cheaper price.

I used the polishing toothpaste and was expecting to get noticeable results from the reviews I read. Unfortunately, I haven't really seen any difference, I have been using it for almost two months now and I haven't seen any changes.
