Absolutely Terrible Serive-- don't waste your time people!

If you're skeptical about ordering, you should be. I wasn't going to write a review as I thought this issue would be resolved, but I have finally had it. I have contacted the company via email and also by Facebook messenger but no one has replied to me thusfar. My issue: I ordered my white strips and charcoal toothpaste on February 3rd, 2017. 2 days later I receive an email stating that their charcoal toothpaste is out of stock. They gave me two options. Cancel the toothpaste and be refunded, or wait until it's back in stock and receive a 10% discount then have it shipped to me. I chose to wait on the toothpaste--but let them know to send the rest of my order, as it was in stock. Fast forward to February 16th--I wish I could post screen shots of messages on reviews but I can't-- I messaged Mr. Blanc, as I haven't heard anything in two weeks wondering where my tracking information was. They claimed my package was shipped on the 3rd and is on its way and to allow 5-15 working days for delivery, to which I replied "Perfect! I'll be on the look out!" Fast forward to the 21st of February: I receive an email with the subject "Your order from Mr Blancteeth ltd has been despatched". Wait--I thought it was shipped on the 3rd?! I click the link which took me to a tracking page that stated clear as day that my package was only picked, packed, and labeled on the 21st. So, if my package was REALLY shipped on the 3rd like the first email had said, it should be here by now (February 27th). If anything, my white strips should have been here, as they were not out of stock. But it's not here and I have a hunch that I am not getting my items until March. I have emailed and asked for answers but haven't heard a single thing from anyone. I have never even received an actual tracking number--just a link that took me to a page stating that it's been shipped. So today, Feb 27th, After nearly a month after paying for my order, I have been lied to about shipping dates, have gotten no "additional discount" for the charcoal paste being out of stock, I have no white strips, and no contact with anyone from Mr. Blanc. Please, if you've taken the time to read this don't even bother. I constantly order items from overseas and I have never had an issue like this.

Poor customer service

I previously complaint about no response. Due to the lack of customer service I now feel like I want my monew back. Don't care about the products or if there is quality in it. 16 FEB 2017. PLEASE CONTACT ME MRBLANCTEETH

Amazing !

I am a long time user of this product and recommend it to anyone looking to get that extra white smile ! The whitening strips stay on your teeth and the charcoal polish leaves them feeling smooth and gives that extra touch up between the strip whitening ! I have recommended this product to all my friends ! I have the whitest smile in my friends group and they have all asked how I got it that way !

Not very great

This product is good in the first instance. But it doesn't have a long lasting effect. Straight after you take the strips off, your teeth are gleaming and by the end of the day they're yellow again. Didn't really see much difference and had a greater experience with other whitening products in the market. One thing I will say is that it doesn't cause sensitivity as it's peroxide free- but this is probably the reason why the whitening strength is weak.

Disappointed

Hi I ordered and paid for mr blanc toothpaste only to be emailed a few days later to be told product was out of stock. I think the availability should have been advised at time of purchase. I was given the option to to either wait for over 30 days when it was back in stock or receive a refund. I chose the refund as wanted it before my holidays.

I ordered really long time ago and my shipment not arrived yes so the shipping is really bas but for the product haven't tried it yet
