I needed to return an item to them. Their returns process is not good. you put in a request and have to wait for it to get approved. Once approved there is no help on what to do next. I looked for their address - Dickie Bow, 29 Middle Road, Lymington, SO41 9HE, UK. I sent it via signed for but royal mail is saying the is no one to receive it. I would avoid using this company.
